Possessing a unique background as a seasoned mechanical engineer and lifelong artist, I have been drawn to the craft of merging form and function. I believe design is the synthesis of engineering and art, the focal point of where my passion lies for creating desired outcomes both professionally and personally. My work has typically been supporting high impact missions that have a tangible positive outcome for humanity, ranging from research science to medical devices. Lately, I have enjoyed exploring my love of outdoor gear products, sustainable product development, digital design, and creation for the sake of beauty.

I believe sound design thinking, business strategy, and project management cuts across all product mediums, and that a meta learning approach to solving complex problems is an optimal path towards finding novel, pragmatic solutions.
